The OSS Foundation is a public service organization (501(c)(3)). Our
goals are to increase community participation in stamp collecting by:
Developing and conducting philatelic and general interest,
philatelic-related study groups
Increasing community awareness of philatelic resources by holding
open houses and participating in local community events.
The Foundation’s activities are funded by both cash and in-kind donations of stamps, collections, and philatelic materials and supplies.
