Tables are now available for the Cachetmakers Bourse. The Cachetmakers Bourse will be held from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
Within the Doubletree Hotel the PIPEX show is using two ballrooms separated by a wide corridor (approximately 12 ft. wide). The larger ballroom (the Lloyd Center Ballroom) will be filled with 38 dealers tables. The smaller ballroom (the Willamette Ballroom) will have four (4) breakout meeting rooms. We will have philiatelic exhibits, auction viewing, and the Harmer-Schau auction in the Exhibit Hall across from the hotel entrance.
We will have tables along the sides of the corridor for the Cachetmaker's Bourse. The advantage is that the cachetmakers would not be in meeting room far removed from the main activities and would get constant exposure from show attendees.
